We understand if you need to cancel your party due to the weather, but you need to make that decision the day before the delivery. We will refund you 100% of any money paid toward that inflatable rental, or you can reschedule for a different date. Keep in mind, however, that once we deliver your inflatable to you, it is yours to enjoy regardless of the weather and we do not offer any refunds.

We start delivering on Friday afternoon, but your delivery could be either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. The dropoff time depends on the number of deliveries and the locations of the deliveries that we have for the weekend. We will contact you two days in advance to let you know the dropoff date and time. 

We just ask that if you have scheduled an appointment with us and need to cancel for any reason, that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

We deliver to Ocala, Belleview, Summerfield, Dunnellon, Marion Oaks, Reddick, and Silver Springs Shores. 

We understand that most of our business will occur during the weekend, but we are open to deliver during the week and on holidays as well. Just contact us to find out.

The inflatables and the equipment needed to run them like the extension cord, hose, tarp, and stakes. If you want us to install the inflatable more than 100 ft away from the power source, you will need a generator.

We can set up on paved surfaces and grass as long as the area is flat.

The area has to be free from debris. We also need to make sure that there will be at least 5 feet of available space on each side of the inflatable once it is set up.

We will need a dedicated 110 volt household outlet.

Each bouncer is vacuumed and each bouncer and slide is cleaned with a solution that is biodegradable and non-toxic after every use.
